Comcast blocking emails sent to me -- but they're not spam!

I’m hearing from people periodically that emails that they’re trying to send me (I use Comcast as my email provider) are getting blocked as spam. The message they get back looks like:
Remote host said: 554 imta36.westchester.pa.mail.comcast.net comcast 70.40.194.83 Comcast block for spam. Please see <a href=“Xfinity ⋅ Service Policy Assurance”>http://postmaster.comcast.net/smtp-error-codes.php#BL000000</a></p>

Any suggestions? This is frustrating, since a number of these are business-related emails. People who have gotten these messages include folks using gmail, verizon.net and ieee.org email addresses.

Get a new email account.
Comcast is notorious for simply blocking email. You’re lucky the senders even got a message back. My dh
found out many emails never reached him, the sender got no notice, and he receinved none. In his case, comcast
had determined that some accounts with IE designation for ireland had send some spam, so comcast blocked every single email that came from an irish email account. Every one. When my husband pressed comcast about this they finally admitted it, and said they may review that after a few months, maybe. And there was absolutely nothing he could do to allow these email to reach him.

Never trusted comcast again. Got his own email account elsewhere.

OK, thanks Python. Aargh.
