Comeback Kids UNITE (Success Stories)

Hello fellow comeback kids, I took the PSATs last year and I received a 1490… That’s right I’m admitting on CC I did pretty ****** on the PSATs but this upcoming Saturday I plan on doing the unthinkable… Going from <1500 to ~1900-2000, am I delusional? Perhaps, but I am determined to do the unthinkable! I would like to hear other stories and keep in contact with fellow comeback kids!

I’m looking forward to hearing from you all!

P.S. I’m prepping by doing a couple practice tests, so far I’ve done 2 in the past 2 weeks and I plan on doing 1 more tomorrow and then the rest of the week I’ll be studying different parts for an hour a day. (Focusing on Math because that is my weak point) I’d really like to hear what you guys are doing!

But, it cannot be a success story until you have achieve the desired score…?

True, my intended purpose of this thread is to attract others that have success stories to share with the comeback kids community… I probably should have titled this something to the extent of " Comeback Kids UNITE (Success Stories WANTED) " lol, oh well I’m sure the title of the thread is enough to attract people that meet this criteria!

Got <190 on my first PSAT as a sophomore, and >230 the following year as a junior by doing about half of Blue Book. Did the rest of Blue Book and ended up with 2300 > n > 2250 on my first SAT. In my defense, I was sick. Hoping to end up with n > 2320 by the time I’m done.

Nice! I’d be happy with 2000 any day haha, but then again my college aspirations are probably not like yours, I want to attend either NYU, OSU, Northeastern, George Washington, IU, or Maybe Bentley. I’m assuming you want to go to an Ivy? If so good luck to you! And keep us updated on how you do this Saturday!
Any other success or even potential success stories out there in the CC universe? :D

went from 180 psat junior to 2260 sat in 5 months

Very Cool! Where do you plan on attending school?!

Bump!!!
