<p>When filling out the Academics section, I used information based on the end of my junior year (i.e. class size and gpa). I know for a fact that a few new kids came during my senior year, and at this point, my projected gpa may be a little higher.</p>
<p>How important is it to have EXACT information in the common app? Especially when my official transcript was already uploaded by counselor?</p>
<p>The information on your application should exactly match the information on your transcript. If, after the midterm grading period, your rank/GPA improve you can submit an additional transcript to reflect that and email your admissions counselor to be sure they note the change.</p>
<p>If you put “projected” information on your application that does not match your transcripts, the admissions committee will assume you either made mistakes on your application or that you are trying to mislead them.</p>
