Hello, summer before Junior year I had a minimum wage job pushing shopping carts at a local supermarket (which I could not do this summer due to injury; this isn’t part of the essay, however). Could writing about an experience at this job potentially be a good essay?

It doesn’t matter about the subject, you can write almost about anything except the 4 Ds, it’s how you write it. One of my kid did write about her summer job at a theatre/ cinema and that’s how she got into USC film school which is selective. About 4-5 acceptance rate.
