In Common App, there is a special portion for special circumstances that affected your school performance negatively. I wrote an essay for that portion, but I only want to send it to a few colleges. Is it possible that I write the essay, and send out my application to those colleges but then delete the essay and then send out my app to the rest of my colleges? Will common app delete of remains of the essay if I do so?

Why do you want to send it to only some colleges and not others?
Wouldn’t you want to inform all the schools you’re applying to of your situation?
