Common App First Five Pages Missing Form Fields

<p>Hello everyone. I have downloaded both the full common app 09-10 as well as the first five pages (which deal with info about the applicant). I want to mail my applications, but I’d prefer typing in the entries (as opposed to writing them). Where can I get a form to do this?</p>
