<p>I actually have discovered an amazing website, created by a college counselor, that is basically a guide for EVERYTHING. This thing literally saved my life, I wrote an email to the creator thanking her, because everything was SO helpful. I can’t afford a college tutor, and this website was basically a college counseling service for free. <p>The College Street Counseling site does provide some specific guidance that may help you out, but you should also note that the information has <em>not</em> been updated in some time and, as such, some is incorrect.</p>
<p>I would start with the instructions on the Common App Online and the vast number of FAQs - much of what you need may be there!</p>
