<p>I’m just wondering if I put a part time job down (I worked as a caddy over the summer), do I need to put down which golf course I worked at? I do not want to be associated with any sort of country club persona, at all, so I would like to avoid putting down the name of the club, but I’m afraid that lack of specificity could hurt me somehow. Please help.</p>
<p>I do not believe it is absolutely essential to name the course. I also do not think an admissions person really cares which course it is. They just want to be assured you have not made it up.
So list under work on the common app activities, write in title, under details list some responsibilities. Really, overthinking it. They will be impressed you had a job.</p>
<p>There’s absolutely no need to name the club. It will not hurt your app if you leave out the specific name.</p>
