<p>It’s definitely okay. Colleges say they create a folder for an applicant as soon as they receive anything on that person. More likely, they put all stray items alphabetically in a common area. When an application is received, they go to the common area to see if the applicant has any stray items there. Either way, you’re fine.</p>
