Common App Reporting SAT scores to Colleges - Issues

I used Common App for this Academic year 2024 applications. After I submitted the applications recently, I found that Test Score (SAT) was not being reported from common app to the Universities (I confirmed this with the Universities) although I filled out in the application to send SAT scores (this is not a common board official score reporting problem). This is what I did
Step 1: I reviewed every University app in common app before I submitted by printing out the application before I submitted the application. In my print outs I have selected to send the test scores by selecting Yes to Questions under the Universities which was something like: Submit SAT score or Will you submit ACT or SAT score results to be considered in the evaluation of your application? or something similar. I have the prints out clearly capturing this.
Step 2: I might have fixed some minor errors in application if I had any error I found in my print out. I never changed the setting of Send Test scores to No
Step 3: I paid and submitted the application

Few weeks after I submitted, I happened to notice what was being sent to Universities by looking at the " Application Submitted" PDF of each university and noticed that the Answer to Send Score was set to No. This has happened to 5 of my applications that I have submitted over the past 3 months at various times including last week. Now I am working with universities to fix it.

I can’t pin point what is happening. Very likely case is that Common App has a bug that resets this value to a default ‘No’ perhaps. I am not able to reproduce it and I can’t try all scenarios as I have to submit application for some scenarios. It is probably linked to something I am doing or combination of some actions or If I muck around with SAT score in Common app, it changes this to No or something like that, but there is a bug in Common app and is likely a corner case as I am not hearing this issue for my friends.
I opened Support case with Common app, but their responses are junk, they don’t even seem to understand what I am saying and are replying incoherently.

Has anyone seen this issue?

I don’t know of any bug.

Application PDFs will not necessarily reflect all your answers. Counterintuitive I know. For example, if a school suppresses test scores (or any given question) on the first read, that question won’t show up on the PDF but the school would have your self reported test scores/your answer to that question.

All you can do is contact the schools to ask if they have a record of your self-reported test scores, as you have already done. Self reporting the test scores on the common app will NOT satisfy schools that want official test scores sent from the College Board or high school counselor/transcript. Good luck

It has happened to five separate applications of mine submitted at different dates in the past three months, EA, RD. There were two people in the house who verified the application before it was submitted. Hence the doubt.
Yes, completely aware the Application PDFs may or may not have Test scores or Test details. But that is not what I am talking about. I Select Yes for Report score and University is telling me they got No for score reporting and submitted application has No in there in the PDF in Common App (if the University gives that information).
Yes I am contacting the schools to tell them about this. I had already sent scores through College Board to those universities and am trying to convince them.
