<p>this is a question on the common app…my school doesnt give “leadership” positions for community service…you just do it???..anyone else have this problem?</p>
<p>At my school we have community service clubs, and I think they mean leadership positions in those…?</p>
<p>I think they mean if you led/organized the community service project/activity as opposed to just participated in it. I’ve got a few projects and stuff that I organized like my Eagle Scout project, so I put down leadership position for that and a few other things.</p>
<p>lol… don’t worry about it… not having a leadership position in a community service activity is perfectly normal… its meant for those crazy people that somehow manage to do it anyway…</p>
<p>now, when u start realizing that u don’t have leadership in ur normal activities <em>bashfully lowers eyes</em>, that’s a problem.</p>
<p>lol…i have a job and lots of volunteering and stuff but i cant say i have many “leadership” positions.</p>
