<p>im filling out some parts for my teacher so he doesnt have to do as much but im stuck on some.
**
first page-BG info- How long have you known this student and in what context?
what do they mean by context?</p>

<p>on the second page, it says “teacher’s name (Mr./Ms./Dr.,etc)”
now im not sure if that means if my teachers name is AAA BB (first last name) then do i do Mr. AAA BB in that line?
because following it says “Title” and i’m stuck as to what that means</p>

<p>then underneath says “Secondary School”–what the freak is that?!</p>

<p>and last one–it asks for teacher phone numbers-on my schoo list it only has an Ext. # for all teachers. Does that mean I put in the school number then the Ext. #?</p>

<p>Wow. “How long have you known this student…” question is for the teacher to fill out, not you. Notice that the question addresses the teacher.</p>

<p>Secondary School = High School.</p>

<p>Ask your teacher about the others.</p>

<p>our teacher tells us to fill it out because he has a lot of people getting recs from him so all he wants to do is check, sign, and date and fill out his part.
and i was referring to the “in what context” part</p>
