Common App Teacher Evaluation

<p>On the teacher evaluation form it says this:</p>

<p>“Please write whatever you think is important about this student, including a description of academic and personal characteristics, AS DEMONSTRATED IN YOUR CLASSROOM.”</p>

<p>Does this mean the teacher is restricted in any way to only talking about what happens during classroom hours? I’ve done some after-school/ outside of school EC’s with my two teachers and would really like to have those mentioned.

<p>I don’t think the teacher is at all restricted to talking only about the circumstances happening within his classroom, and if the person got to know you really well through an extracurricular, that can certainly be mentioned.</p>

<p>The key word here is “including.”</p>
