<p>I volunteered at LabCorp over the summer (a place where blood samples are examined) and i want to put it on the common app. how will colleges know that i’m not bsing? do i need to get a note from my supervisor signed?</p>
<p>They don’t know, and there is no reason to send a supervisor signed thing.</p>
<p>When you sign your application, you are attesting that everything you are reporting is truthful and accurate. Colleges will take you at your word.</p>
