<p>Now I hate common app ! Me and my counselor spend more than 2 hours, trying to download a school-transcript. Reducing size ( from 360 Kb to 128 Kb), changing name, browser. Still, don’t want to download, only loading picture again and again. Somebody has the same problem?</p>
<p>Or its Ok now? because a lot of other people want to upload a pdf file?</p>
<p>I have heard it is better to use a Mac for this step.</p>
