I am applying to a boarding school, and they said we can send in more recommendation letters from coaches and private lesson teachers. Since the school I’m applying to doesn’t have applications for that, I need a empty template for those two. Does anyone know where I can find one?

It depends. Is the school you’re applying accepting common recommendations? You might be able to download the TSAO or SSAT recommendation forms…I applied to some TASO schools, and downloaded the common recommendation form from Hotchkiss’s files. It’s rather bland, and the only mention of Hotchkiss is in the fine print.
Good luck!
