Commonapp doubts!!

Hi,

I am an Indian student and i have some doubts about the commonapp,

  1. I fell sick at the end of 11th grade and I couldn't give my final exams so I don't have my 11th grade transcripts. What should I do? Will not sending my transcripts effect my chances?
  2. I managed to raise some money for my app startup through some V.C's should i mention this as an extracurricular.
  3. Should I mention all my apps in different slots or all of them in one slot.
  4. Should I mention my MENSA membership?

  1. Did you even finish 11th grade then? Your application will be considered incomplete without ALL transcripts.
  2. Sure, in the same slot as the app (if you don't have room, forget about it; the important part is the app)
