<p>As I’m sure you are all aware there’s a section on the common app entitled ‘School Forms’. First of all I took a leave of absence from my university after last summer (i.e. Spring 2009 semester). Since then I’ve had a 40hr/week job. Basically I took a year off. If these forms appear in that section does that mean these forms are absolutely required for my school? I am 4 hours away from the university I last attended so getting these filled out would be very very difficult…and the mid term report just doesn’t even apply to my situation. Advice? I am very confident in getting accepted to this school as it’s a state school but I don’t want to get screwed over because I couldn’t get some form. Thank you. :)</p>
<p>Why don’t you mail the University to which you are applying to and ask them? It can’t hurt.</p>
