<p>Hi</p>

<p>I studied up to Class 10 in one school and then completed 11-12 in another.Would it be ok if I ask my teachers from the earlier school to fill in the School Forms for me? They surely know me a lot better then the teachers from my last school.</p>

<p>If the answer is Yes,then what should the " School you now attend: " part contain in the CommonApp form? The name of my last school OR the name of the school whose teacher is filling the form?</p>

<p>Yes, it would be okay for the teachers to fill out your school forms. The school you now attend, is the school you now attend; it doesn’t follow where you get your recs.</p>

<p>However, it’s best to get a recent teacher rather than a teacher you had in 9th grade.</p>
