Communal Bathroom Situation?

I will be living in Ruby next year. How exactly are the communal bathrooms set up? I know some schools have shelves in the bathroom where people leave their shower caddies so as not to have to always carry them back and forth. Are WashU communal bathrooms like that or what?
Also, I have visited some schools where there is no ideal place to put clothes aside once in the shower to avoid having them get wet. So would having a bathrobe be recommended?

I lived in ruby freshman year. Ruby specifically has two mens and two womens bathrooms, with one smaller (1 shower) and one larger (3 showers) bathroom per gender (if I remember correctly). There are no good places to leave shower caddies or clothes in the bathrooms. Most people carried caddies and walked to and from showers in a towel (I don’t remember anyone with a bathrobe).

There are good things and bad things about Ruby. I think it tends to be a fairly social dorm. It has two long narrow hallways. It’s very centrally located, right across from Bear’s Den, the Swamp, and is one of the closer dorms to main campus. Thus it can be kinda noisy. I think in general people became more fond of it over time, despite its flaws.
