Best colleges in California for communications with under 30,000 people
that will depend heavily on your qualifications and budget.

Sweet - Assuming you have the stats, Stanford and the Claremont schools should be at the top of your list. USC, Cal and UCLA also squeak in if you only count undergrads.
What are your qualifications?
I am looking into a lot of schools like LMU, UCSB, UCSC, Pepperdine, SJCSU, SDCSU etc. But i recently just fell in love with Cal Poly Slo so i think I am good on this question. Thank you for responding though!
