What should i review for? I’m kinda wondering what to study for

Chemistry diagnostic placement tests vary between colleges and also depend on the course you desire to enter. At my community college, you can place into Intro Chem (for health science majors) or General Chem (for STEM majors). Placement into the former is easy, but not so for the latter.

If you are taking a diagnostic placement test to get into a General Chem class (usually a year long sequence), you should know how to calculate molar weights of compounds, balance a chemical equation, read a Periodic Table, know the valence numbers of common ions, and know which compounds form acids or bases. That would be a start. I would suggest contacting someone in the Chem department to find out what topics are covered on your specific test.
