Hi!
I am a senior who is applying to 8 privates (Brown, Columbia, Northwestern, Hopkins, Stanford, Harvard, USC, and Princeton) through the common application. I took a music course during my 10th grade summer at Orange Coast College (a community college) and psychology online last summer at Golden West College (another community college). When do I need to send those college transcripts? And should it be sent directly to all the colleges or to the common application?

Are you really this new to CC that you have not read anything about the application process? Are you in the US? Hopefully you are also applying to some less competitive schools or your name is Obama.

I’m a new user, but I’ve visited the website many times. I looked up the topic and browsed quite a few threads on this topic, but this was the most helpful (http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/common-application/1431385-send-college-transcripts-to-common-app-schools.html). However, it confused me because no one gave a clear answer. One person said they sent it to their high school and the high school took care of it. Another said they sent it directly to the colleges. I’m hoping I can just send it to the common application (like I did with my high school transcript through parchment), so I don’t have to pay 16 fees…
And yes, I’m in the US. I also applied to UCI, UCB, UCSD, UCR, and UCLA.
