Community College, Now What?

I used to be a biomedical engineer with a 1.8 gpa when i was at college and got kicked out of school. I transferred to a community college and now have a gpa of 3.67. I’ll be getting my liberal arts associate degree in one term. Is it possible to still go to a good college after receiving a degree? How do colleges factor in your first school? If you are doing well now even though you got kicked out of your first college, does it affect your chance of medical school?

The most recent GPA is the most important one.

The courses you have taken most recently are the most important ones.

Make an appointment with the transfer counselor at your community college and ask for his/her advice. They help people like you find good places to transfer to every single year.
