So I’ve been accepted to Cal Poly Pomona and Woodbury university but for me being able to pay for either one might be an issue. So i was thinking about going to a community college first and getting my 60 credits and then transferring to another school. If i do go to a community college and do my 60 credits how long will it take me to get my bachelors in architecture?

Depending on the school and its studio sequence; either 5 or 6 years.

I believe that there are some community colleges in California that have agreements with Cal Poly Pomona. You might be able to directly transfer into Cal Poly if you have met all the requirements of the reciprocity agreements. You need to check with your community college and Cal Poly to see what agreements are in place. Cal Poly’s website might have this information available.
