I’m currently attending community college at Northern Virginia Community College, and am chasing my associates in Science. I currently have a 3.4 GPA and will be finishing up after Spring of 2012. I was wondering what are some cost friendly colleges with a good pre-pharmacy program. And is it easy to transfer into?

Can anybody help me on this? Would appreciate it, thanks.

Perhaps VCU?
[VCU UC - Pre-Pharmacy](http://www.vcu.edu/uc/prehealth/VCUUC-Pre-Pharmacy.htm)

According to this: Link the average transfer GPA was 3.00

I think JMU might also have pre-pharmacy. I knew a girl who was choosing VCU over them though. I don’t know which would be better of the two. You could probably get guaranteed admissions into both.

Yeah I was thinking about VCU because they do have a good med program, but I was trying to get an opinion of other colleges, including out of state as well. VCU’s surrounding area doesn’t seem like it’s fit for me.

Does anybody else know of other good pre pharmacy colleges that would be cost friendly?
