Do you guys know how many credits do I need to transfer to Washington State University? I do know that University of Washington needs you to have 45 credits to transfer.
I’m still new to college, so how do you transfer? Do you have to sign up somewhere?
You transfer by just filling out a transfer application the same way you filled out college applications, only this time you classify yourself as a transfer. Find a list of schools you want to apply to and either apply via the Common App, or if the school has it’s own application then you fill that out.
If you have previously filled out the Common App and your account still works, change your status to applying as a transfer. Likewise, apply under ‘transfer’ if the school has their own app.
As for WSU, it looks like they don’t have a minimum number of credits, and only require that if you’ve been in college for less than 1 year, that you give them your HS transcript and scores as well.
