Hello guys, I am currently an undergraduate student here in sfsu, and I am a sophmore now. However, I found that the programs offered here in sfsu is not that good in comparison to other UC’s. Thus I want to go back to city college, and then transfer to ohter UC just for a better program. Am I still eligible to do that, I mean, I have already completed 60 units here in sfsu.
