<p>So I go to the"state-flagship" university in Canada; however, most of the students (90%), including me, commute to school.</p>
<p>So I was wondering, for those of you who commuted to school all 4 years, how did you meet new friends in university? I usually hang out with my close high school friends (about 80% of my high school came here) or some of the friends I’ve made in my major.</p>
<p>The thing is, for most of the people that I meet in class, I usually won’t see them again after that class. So how did you guys meet and maintain these new friendships during these commuting college years?</p>
