<p>I am looking for a small vacuum that I could keep in the garage for quick car cleaning. I have a new SUV and the dogs ride with me often, leaving behind their hair and dirt! I have a seat cover for the back seat so at least my leather seats are protected; the cover is doing a great job at containing most of the dirt and hair. </p>

<p>What I would like is a vacuum that I could quickly run daily and stay on top of the hair that seems to float around the car. It would need a crevice attachment to get between the seat and a brush attachment for the seats themselves. I have a Dyson for the house, but I am not going to pull that out each day and take it to the garage for a quick vacuum; I do use it on the weekends for the car, but I am looking for something smaller for daily use.</p>

<p>My husband said nothing battery powered it going to have enough suction; we were thinking old fashion dust buster. Also, something with attachments might also be hard to find. If I have to use my Dyson, I know I will not vacuum daily and I really want this car to stay clean. It is my first new car in almost 12 years!!</p>

<p>Don’t get the portable Dyson. The battery life is really puny.</p>

<p>I have a dog hammock in the back seat. It attaches to the headrests of the front and the back. It does a great job of keeping the hair off the carpet.</p>

<p>I have a fitted seat cover, but one of the dogs has hair that blows everywhere. There is hair in my front cup holder, between the seats, on the dash and sometimes in my drink!! It isn’t that he sheds that much; his hair just seems to show up everywhere.</p>
