Is it possible to make up for a courseload that’s not exactly the highest possible? For example, this year(junior year) is the first year I started taking AP/H courses and plan on taking more senior year. Can I make up for this with really high test scores, good EC’s, and killer essays? Or are my chances slim?

Yes.

My first AP was junior year.

I got in.

You’re fine.

don’t worry about it, an upward trend is most important.
