"complete profile" box never goes away?

<p>Hi guys!</p>

<p>I’ve been at a loss for this for a while, and I’ve even called USC Admissions office themselves, but they haven’t fixed it. ): My USConnect constantly keeps telling me to complete my USC profile, which I have done on several occasions, but it’s always still there. Since I haven’t “completed” it yet, none of the other services that I need, like the Admissions Documents box, are there.</p>

<p>Does anyone know if there’s any way I can fix this myself or do I just need to keep calling the USC office in hopes that they finally do something about it? :|</p>
