I’m having to make a complete withdraw from all my classes at the community college I’m attending due to some personal issues in another State I have to move back to right now. I will not have to pay for the classes because it’s before the last withdrawal with a full refund date. What I’m wanting to find out is will i be able to attend school in the other state next term or will my loans be denied? please if anyone can help with advice I would be grateful.
Your loan for, this term will not be disbursed to this college if you are completely withdrawn from the school and owe no funds. Contact the financial aid office or,bursar to make sure.
So…you would submit the FAFSA to your new school for,the next term…and you would be eligible for the full year Direct Loan for that second term.
The school will cancel your loans. You can apply for them again next term (you may need to add the new school’s code to your FAFSA)
No “may” about it. You must submit your FAFSA to that second school…unless you already did so!
Did you already receive a refund of loans/grants in excess of tuition and fees? If so, that has to be repaid.
Did you sign an apartment lease?
