composing an addendum

<p>What’s normally the procedure for attatching this to a graduate application package? Is there a specific format that adcoms are familiarized with that students should be aware of? I’m asking because think I may need it to explain a course (or two) from my transcripts. </p>

<p>Anyone with advice or previous experience with this would be appreciated.</p>

<p>This sort of stuff is usually incorporated into the statement of purpose, or added to the end of the SOP. I would not suggest a formal “appendix” or anything of the sort. Some programs will actually discard any extra materials that are not specifically requested.</p>
