in our school we’re having our comprehensive exam, and unfortunately most of us are not able to pass the exam. in view of that we still having our graduation ceremonies. and now our TOR are not going to release by the admin of our school because as they said we have to pass the comprehensive exam…now what are we going to do to get our TOR?
