<p>Just as a disclaimer, I’m a first year student who has done research on this. You’d be taking the exact same CS classes whether you do L&S CS or EECS. EECS requires some EE classes and physics (and perhaps some other technical breadth) whereas L&S CS requires that you fulfill the L&S breadth requirements. Unless you want to do patent law, both will be fine. If you do want to do patent law, you can still do L&S CS, but you’d have to take physics classes too.</p>
