<p>Hi~ On the portal, it says that all the materials that I submitted for the Compton Scholarship have been received except my short answers. I know that they have a lot of papers to process, but I sent my short answers and essays together; everything was sent as a paper copy from my school. Is it possible that they looked over my short answer? And if so, should I submit them via the online application? And if I do that, do I have to complete the online application again? I’m wary to do this because I don’t want them to be annoyed that I submitted almost my entire application twice… Thank you :)</p>
<p>Before you do anything else email your admissions counselor. I was applying for the Nemerov Scholarship and saw yesterday that the portal was saying I hadn’t sent in any of my essays, which I know I had (sent them in an envelope with everything else that had been marked as received). Turns out someone just hadn’t entered them into the system with everything else. By this morning it was fixed.</p>
<p>So double check that someone didn’t just not update the list correctly. And then if they still can’t find your short answers ask them what they would like you to do.</p>
