<p>To those in the know: Are the only deals/incentives for buying a MAC through PITT those that involve rebates on merchandise? i.e. Ipod, printer? Are there any promotions that give straight dollars off the price? Thanks for any input.</p>
<p>You can certainly call Pitt and ask if there are any promotions. If you contact Dell, for example, directly and tell them that you are a student at Pitt, they will offer you a discount. When you visit Pitt, there is a table where you can ask questions, order your laptop, gain general knowledge about the computer options and pricing packages available. Don’t get too excited— there really are not any great deals, sorry.</p>
