<p>I hope that helps. Just a little info though, when i visited, i was talking to a senior in Pratt, and he was saying that he made a mistake buying a laptop for freshman year. He told me that laptops are great if you are in Trinity, but if you’re in Pratt a desktop is probably better because once you get up into the higher engineering classes, you have to run powerful programs that most laptops can’t handle well.</p>
<p>is it true that OIT won’t help out people with Sony Computers? I’m really interested in getting a Vaio, so I’m just wondering.</p>
