Computer shopping-any sites without state tax to ny?

<p>I found Amazon.com ,Bestbuy,Buy.com,Dell ,Office Depot,Staples,J & R ,costco etc all charge State Tax of ?8-9 % for NY 10027 zip code.</p>

<p>Any sellers who do not charge ???</p>

<p>I found out Fry’s does not today but they are more expensive?</p>

<p>it is now NY state law that any online retailer must charge NY state tax regardless of whether they physically conduct business in NY state.</p>
