<p>If it’s Win XP you’re referring to though, there are options to limit how much space one account can use. If you leave those options alone, it’s as kwtortoise said.</p>
<p>Hard drive partitions are primarily used for multiple operating systems.</p>
<p>You’ll have no limit so nab as much of those 40 gigs as you can :D.</p>
