<p>Hi~ I am currently in grade 12 and an applicant to Wharton. Recently i’ve gotten my transcript which includes all my grades from grade 10. Although i have a good gpa(94%) this year and a good SAT score(2270), my grade 10 grades are really terrible, primarily because it’s my first year in an English speaking country and my English was bad. In grade 10, I got Cs in cooking, socials and PE, and Bs in English and Guitar… I don’t know how admission officers will see this. I don’t know if I should explain to them on my app that my performance in grade 10 was due to my english deficiency. If I should, where on the app can I indicate that.</p>
