I got that email a week ago (I’m not in Sixth) except my email began with:

Attention Undergrads!

Looking for a new and exciting course in the fall quarter? Are
you seeking to fulfill a general education requirement?

Perhaps, you are interested in a future career within
education? OR are just looking for ways to help under-served
communities? If so, we may have the course for you.

You are required to attend a weekly lecture and discussion
throughout the quarter. You will explore theoretical and
practical issues in education. Students must also complete 40
hours of field work (4-6 hours per week) at a specified school
site.

PAL Courses not only can satisfy upper-division GE units, but
the courses can also satisfy courses within the Education
Studies minor and Public Service minor.

Dont let this great opportunity pass you by! Take a PAL class
this Fall and find out why these courses are so popular!

Oh yeah, those. In that case, I got that one, which I decided wasn’t actually directed at me (since we’re not going to be doing our Practicums any time soon), and I got one about taking a math placement exam (also not for me). Nothing since then, though.

Alright, I thought it was important lol, i got the math placement also, doesn’t seem like i would need it though :D.

Well, I guess it could potentially be impotant, as it seems like they’re ed classes. Are you planning on teaching?

Naw, my major is bioengineering. I was considering teaching back in sophomore year of highschool lol
