Besides UCBerkeley, I am looking for an architecture program that offers a concurrent degree. UCBerekely offers many other degrees such as City Planning, and most important in which draws me the most is Structural Engineering.

I am looking for more programs such as so. It does not necessarily have to pertain in the related fields, it could be an MBA as well. Any help is appreciated and thank you in advance.

All that I recall from my kids quest last year were in schools with 4 yr BS arch degrees as opposed to 5yr BArch and MArch undergraduate degrees. I think you are right about Berkeley. We toured the Civil Eng dept there (amazing labs) and remember something about arch kids there.
