Concurrent Enrollment @ UCLA

[UCLA Undergraduate Admissions and Relations with Schools: Concurrent Enrollment](http://www.admissions.ucla.edu/transfer_credit/concur.htm)
On this site it says they don’t allow concurrent enrollment for transfer credit. If I wanna take classes at SMC for grad school requirements which don’t need to be counted towards my degree, would they allow it?

I don’t see how it could hurt as long as I’m enrolled in the minimum units at LA each quarter, right?

Well you dont HAVE to ask them for permission, you only have to ask for permission if you want the credits to count toward UCLA…

They might allow it , they might not . Most likely they will though because being CC units you dont get any credit past 105 and most transfers have roughly that when they enter.
