I’m not sure which scores I should be sending for early action
I took the SAT 3 times: Should i send all 3? Is it too much?
RW: 700 M: 780
RW: 710 M: 780
RW: 740 M: 790
Bio: 680
Chem: 700
Math2: 750 (should i retake this for regular decision?)
Mandarin: 800
ACT: just took for first time should i send to early action schools though?
The answer to most of your questions is “It depends.” e.g., it depends - where did you apply EA and where are you applying ED?
Assuming the college does not require all 3, just send in the 3rd, which is the best for both sections. Why would you send in the other 2? To show improvement? Colleges expect improvement over time.
ACT: back to the “it depends.”
It depends. If you’re applying to CalTech and MIT (or similar), then maybe. If not, then probably not.
Are you from China? Then no. Are you US born Chinese? Then, it depends.
Finally, you attend one of the best HSs in the country, so you should follow the advise of your College Counselors.
I’m EAing to :
-Case Western Reserve University
-Fordham University
-SUNY Binghamton
-Northeastern
I attend XXX HS
I edited this. I know where you attend - I’m a moderator.
But you don’t need to reveal that unless you want to.
Based on your EA schools, your SAT scores are fine - I would not send the ACT. None of those schools requires/recommends Subject Tests, although Case will consider them, so you can send to them if you want.
@skieurope thank you so much!
You’re welcome. But again, I would defer to your college counselor. Good luck.
