Confused about Form B

<p>Is it required for all candidates or only for transfers? Why is it never mentioned in Duke’s how to apply procedures? How does it supposed to function anyway?</p>

<p>I gave my councillor all the required stuff but my friend tells me form B is required too. I am in panic I don’t know whether she has already sent them or not.</p>

<p>BTW will my parent’s letter really won’t have any effect on adms?</p>

<p>The parent’s letter just gives them a more complete view of you… but they don’t “formally” include it. Can’t hurt…</p>
