confused : which program to chose: paid versus fee (Kaiser versus Stanford)

I have been selected in Kaiser Summer internship program which pays around 5000USD and focuses on healthcare (clinical, IT, HR workshops and presentations). Students are asked to present every week to doctors and healthcare professionals on what they learnt.

I am also selected at Stanford CardioThoriacic summer internship which will cost me 10000USD, though the curriculum is extremely interesting . http://med.stanford.edu/cssec/summer-internship/summer-internship-curriculum.html#week1

I want to pursue my career in medicine and both the internships are appropriate for that. I need your views on which one can catch more attention or will get weight for college applications.
