<p>So is this understanding right:</p>

<p>Stanford offers more aid to internationals than Cornell but the advantage of Cornell is that its needblind to Canadians?</p>

<p>MOST colleges are NOT need blind for anyone. I don’t have exact numbers, but it is my understanding that of the thousands of colleges in the US, only a small percentage are truly need blind.</p>
