<p>Auburn Universitys School of Architecture moved up four places in the 2012 Design Intelligence rankings to number 14 among the top undergraduate architecture schools and fourth among the top undergraduate programs in the South. For the last five years, the School of Architecture has ranked consistently in the top 20 out of 140 accredited schools of architecture in the United States. Professor Rod Barnett was listed as one of the 25 Most Admired Educators for 2012.</p>

<p>War Eagle! I did notice since I have a child in the program that they were not in the rankings of other programs Deans like in the past. I honestly cannot speculate why or if it even matters. One more semester almost survived - 7 more to go! 2nd year is more what they really enjoy of actual designing and not as conceptual, yet having four classes that are all Architecture based (all with constant projects/deadlines/quizzes/tests, in some ways is more challenging than 1st year. Those core classes begin to look fun in hindsight - lol!</p>
